Welcome to Dania Candle Co. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products, services, and candle-making classes from Dania Candle Co. By using our website, placing an order, or booking a class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in color, appearance, finish, wax surface, or other characteristics may occur. These variations are a natural part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors in product information or pricing, or cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Dania Candle Co is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right when appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements and exclusions stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Returned merchandise must be unused, unburned, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned or exchanged based on fragrance preference.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Candle-Making Classes & Cancellations

Reservations for candle-making classes are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please contact Dania Candle Co as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may allow the amount paid to be applied toward another available class date or toward an eligible Dania Candle Co purchase. Any rescheduling or credit offered is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Same-day cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows are not eligible for cash refunds.

Dania Candle Co reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class when reasonably necessary. If Dania Candle Co cancels a class and an appropriate alternative cannot be arranged, affected customers will be offered a refund or other appropriate remedy.

Candle Safety

Customers are responsible for following candle-care and safety instructions provided with our products or on our website.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials, and discontinue use when appropriate for safe burning.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dania Candle Co is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow provided safety instructions, or use of a product for an unintended purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Dania Candle Co name, branding, logos, photographs, product descriptions, website content, graphics, and other original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Dania Candle Co and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dania Candle Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
